Equipidex provides tracking and record-keeping only. Equipidex does not provide safety advice, compliance certification, or engineering judgment.

  1. No warranty. Service is provided “as is”.
  2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for determining appropriate inspection/service needs and performing work safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.
  3. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equipidex is not liable for indirect damages.
  4. Data. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Equipidex permission to store and process it to provide the service.
